“I believe that working from home creates the flexibility for a good work-life balance. For example, it is common practice for us for employees to have their day off. Many have kids and are with the family between 4-6 o'clock, while others need sport in the morning and start an hour later. The transparency and communication allow everyone to find their own balance, especially without “social pressure” in the office when the boss stays longer.”
