startport is garage DU’s scouting partner for the second year in a row
Without partnerships, nothing works – and startups experience this too. Seeking advice, forging alliances, learning from one another, and growing through challenges. This is exactly how the “garage DU” project by Duisburg Business & Innovation (DBI for short) is planned again in 2024 – and we are very pleased to be able to support it once more as a startup incubator.
As Duisburg’s innovation hub, we support regional startups and companies in the logistics sector. Through our incubator program, as a duisport subsidiary we enable networking with mentors, experts, potential customers, and investors such as business angels & VC funds. Logistics companies receive exclusive access to the most innovative startups worldwide; we also provide contacts to top speakers from industry and research. Also included in the program: workshops and talks on logistics trends.
Our collaboration is an essential and decisive component of Duisburg’s Startup of the Year 2024. As part of scouting, we search across Europe for the right candidates for garage DU. Together, we are working to strengthen Duisburg’s economy.
