Dortmund Port and startport are entering into a three-year partnership aimed at innovation, digitization and promoting pioneering solutions.
Duisburg/Dortmund, 21.01.2025 — startport, the leading innovation hub for logistics and supply chain management, and the Port of Dortmund have established a three-year partnership to further establish the port as a central player in the port network of the eastern Ruhr region. Together, marketing strategies will be developed and innovative solutions identified in order to actively shape the future of the port and logistics industry.
Central player in the port network
The aim of the cooperation is to position Dortmund Port as an important player in the port network. Through targeted marketing strategies and the promotion of innovative approaches, the cooperation will contribute to further expanding efficiency, digitization and sustainability in port logistics. In addition, the partnership offers the opportunity to integrate promising startups from the StartPort network and develop tailor-made solutions for the challenges facing the port.
